Where can I find my tracking number?Updated a year ago

You can look up the shipping status on your order anytime via our order tracking page by entering your order number and email address. There you will also be able to see your tracking number.

Please note this applies to most products — some of our specialty items and furniture will not include a tracking number via email, and you will receive updates from our customer support team directly.
