What is Made Trade's return policy?

Hassle-free returns for U.S. customers

Exchanges and returns for store credit are free for your first request of any eligible* item. Returns for a refund, and subsequent exchange and return requests are subject to a $6 per package return shipping fee. You must initiate your return/exchange within 22 days of order fulfillment. Discounted and sale items that are not marked final sale up to 40% off are eligible for exchange or store credit within 22 days of order fulfillment.

To initiate a return/exchange, please fill out the Exchange/Return Request Form and a member of our Customer Support team will promptly be in touch.

All returns and exchanges must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in original condition with tags to be eligible for return. Refunds or exchanges will not be issued for returned items that have been used or show signs of visible wear.

Made Trade does not take responsibility for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

*Final sale items are noted on the product page and they include: furniture, lighting, oversized items (like hampers and rugs), gift cards, all underwear bottoms and bodysuits, sale items discounted 40% or more, as well as any items with the "final sale" notice. All orders outside the U.S. are final sale.
International orders

All international orders are final sale and are shipped through Stackry. Any duties, taxes, import fees, or carrier brokerage fees incurred in the destination country are the recipient’s responsibility.
