How do I initiate a return?

To initiate a return please fill out the return request form.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused/unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email that we’ve received your return, and your store credit or refund will be processed within 5 days.

Looking to make an exchange?

For the 2022 holiday season, we’ve extended Our Satisfaction Guarantee.

All eligible full-price items purchased between October 15, 2022 and December 31, 2022 can be exchanged or returned for store credit until January 15, 2023. This means you’ll have until January 15, 2023 to submit and mail back your return. Products must be in original, unused condition with tags. Returns for a refund are still subject to our standard 22-day return policy.

*Final sale items include: furniture, lighting, oversized items (like hampers and rugs), gift cards, all underwear bottoms and bodysuits, and sale items discounted 40% or more. All final sale items have the "final sale" notice on the product page and next to the product at checkout. All orders outside the U.S. are final sale.
International orders

All international orders are final sale and are shipped through Stackry. Any duties, taxes, import fees, or carrier brokerage fees incurred in the destination country are the recipient’s responsibility.
