Extended Holiday Return Policy

For the 2021 holiday season we’ve extended Our Satisfaction Guarantee.

All eligible full price items purchased between November 1, 2021 and December 31, 2021 can be exchanged or returned for store credit until January 15, 2022. This means you’ll have until January 15, 2022 to contact our support team to initiate an exchange or a return for store credit. Products must be in original, unused condition with tags. Refunds to the original method of payment are still subject to our standard 15-day return policy.

To initiate a return for store credit or an exchange, please fill out the Exchange/Return Request Form and a member of our Customer Support team will promptly be in touch.

*Final sale items include: furniture, lighting, oversized items (like hampers and rugs), gift cards, all underwear bottoms and bodysuits, and sale items discounted 40% or more. All final sale items have the "final sale" notice on the product page and next to the product at checkout. All orders outside the U.S. are final sale.
International orders

All international orders are final sale and are shipped through Stackry. Any duties, taxes, import fees, or carrier brokerage fees incurred in the destination country are the recipient’s responsibility.
