What does a made to order product mean?Updated 4 months ago
Any of the products on Made Trade that include a "made to order" label are products that are made specifically for you when you order the item. These products are handcrafted or made with processes that require more time, like hand-painted ceramics or handwoven rugs. Made Trade supports slow, made-to-order production because it ensures we can work with small-batch manufacturers and makers while also supporting low-waste production practices. You can see how long a product will take by looking for the truck icon on the product page that says, on average, how long it takes for a product to ship.
