I requested an exchange, when will I get my new order?Updated a year ago

Once your exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you we’ve received your exchange. We’ll then issue you a new order for your replacement item.

Alternatively, if you prefer to place your exchange order proactively, we will waive the return shipping fee once your returned item is received.
