How do I return a gift?Updated a month ago

To initiate an exchange or a return, please visit our Returns and Exchanges page. Once you're in the return portal, click on "Start Gift Return Here".

All eligible full-price items purchased between October 15, 2023, and December 31, 2023, can be exchanged or returned for store credit until January 15, 2024. This means you’ll have until January 15, 2024, to submit and mail back your return. Products must be in original, unused condition with tags. Returns for a refund are still subject to our standard 30-day return policy.
